INTRODUCTION

The Cropland will be unlocked early in your journey. You can grow crops on your island by planting seeds.

SOWING SEEDS

Sow mode allows you to plant seeds in the cropland's tilled earth. Enable Sow mode from the islekeep's index, choose your desired seeds via the Item icon, then select an empty plot to plant them in.

WATERING CROPS

Watering a plot will increase the soil's level of moisture and promote the growth of crops. Enable Water mode from the islekeep's index and select the desired plot to water.

There are four moisture levels (Soaked, Wet, Moist, Dry). Crops will grow happily and heartily when the soil is between soaked and moist. Crops will cease to grow upon becoming dry.

Soaked
Active for six hours after watering a plot

Wet
Active between six to twenty-four hours after watering a plot

Moist
Active twenty-four to thirty-six hours after watering a plot

Dry
Active thirty-six hours after watering a plot

Plots will automatically be watered when it rains.

Speaking to the Produce Producer will show you the water status of your crops.

HARVESTING CROPS

Gather mode allows you to harvest the yield from a crop and store it as items in your inventory. Enable Gather mode from the islekeep's index and select the desired plot to harvest.

There are four growth stages (Sprout, Seedling, Blossom and Produce).

Speaking to the Produce Producer will show you the growth status of your crops.

GARDENING SERVICES

You may entrust the care of your crops to the gardener who will sow, water and gather yields in your stead. There is a daily fee of five seafarer's cowries per each crop.
